The congress is under the aegis of the Minister of Defense of Republic of Bulgaria.
The forum will be hosted by “G. S. Rakovski” Defense Academy.
The Bulgarian Commission of Military History is delighted to welcome the Congress in Bulgaria for the first time in the history of the ICMH.
The main theme of the Congress will be: TECHNOLOGY AND WARFARE and the working languages of the event – English and French.
