On behalf of the organizing committee of the 2nd International Conference on Information System , Computer Engineering & Application ( ICISCEA 2012 ), it is our pleasure to invite you to this international meeting again, which will take place at the Hotel Marshyandi, Kathmandu, Nepal from 22 th to 23 th June 2012.
