Conference Description:
This conference will address challenges that companies in the oil and gas industry face in the Upstream sector. Legal contracts represent one of the largest areas of risk for an organization in this industry for both Operators and Contractors/Service Providers. Because of risky and potentially dangerous operating environments in the Exploration and Production arena, companies have and should make contract management a high priority.
Attending this conference will allow delegates to benchmark ideas with their peers in the upstream oil and gas industry on how to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, as well as address best practices on handling indemnity and risk allocation issues.
